Shipping policy

Everything you order from naturescollection.us is packed at our own warehouse in Denmark and delivered to your door in the United States or Canada by UPS. Every parcel is tracked, and you receive an email with the UPS tracking link as soon as your order leaves us.

Shipping to the United States

Shipping within the United States is free on all orders.

Any customs or import duty on deliveries to the United States is covered by us, so nothing is collected from you when the parcel is handed over. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.

Shipping to Canada

Shipping to Canada is US$15. Orders of US$100 or more ship free.

Canadian duties and taxes are not included and are collected by UPS on delivery, together with UPS's own fees for handling that payment.

Delivery time

The expected delivery time is shown at checkout. Business days are Monday to Friday, public holidays excluded.

If your parcel is delayed or damaged

If your tracking has not moved for two business days, or your order arrives damaged, email hello@naturescollection.us with your order number (and a photo of any damage). We will chase UPS for you and arrange a replacement or a full refund where needed.

You have 100 days from the day your order arrives to return it. See our refund policy for the return address and details.
