Closely shorn with small curls. A favorite in modern homes, and a real statement as a round rug.

Size guide
What size do I need?
Three simple rules of thumb. The easiest way to check a size: mark it out on the floor with painter's tape.
Living room
The front feet of the sofa sit on the rug, and the rug is about 8 in wider than the sofa on each side. That pulls the whole seating area together.
Example: 112 × 84 in (9' 4" × 7') for a 96 in sofa →Bedroom
The rug sits under the lower two thirds of the bed and reaches 20-24 in past each side. So your first step in the morning lands on sheepskin, not a cold floor.
Example: 120 × 84 in (10' × 7') for a king bed →Dining room
Allow 28-30 in past the edge of the table on every side. That way the chairs stay on the rug, even when they are pulled out.

Personal adviceHow is the price calculated?
Every made-to-measure rug is $89 per square foot. There is no minimum price and no extra charge for any color.
A round rug is cut from a square piece, so it is priced as diameter × diameter. For example, a round rug 72 in across is priced like a 72 × 72 in square: 36 sq ft, or $3,204.

Is there a minimum or maximum size?
Each side can be anywhere from 40 in to 390 in (3' 4" to 32' 6"), in whole inches. For even bigger rooms or a special shape, contact us and we'll help you personally.
How accurately is my rug made?
We cut and sew your rug to your exact measurements. Every skin is a natural product, so we work to a tolerance of up to 3/4 in.
How long does it take?
We make your rug in 2-3 weeks, and it usually reaches your door 3-4 weeks after you order. In fall and winter it can take a little longer. We email you when your rug ships.
Where is my rug made?
In our own design studio in Hedensted, Jutland, Denmark. Our joinery, sewing room and upholstery are all under one roof, and every made-to-measure rug is cut and hand-sewn there.
How do I care for my sheepskin rug?
Long wool: vacuum about twice a month on the lowest setting. Air it out now and then and beat it from the back. Gently brush out any matted spots with a sheepskin brush.
Short wool and Mongolian: don't vacuum or brush, so the curls stay intact. Air the rug out and beat it from the back. If the curls get flattened, reshape them with slightly damp hands.
For all wool types, we recommend professional cleaning.
